Tanya Newberry

Tanya Newberry | Broker Owner moved to Lake Ozark in 1998, where she began her career as a hairstylist. In her short time as a hair stylist, Tanya became a Paul Mitchell certified national educator. Having this designation under her belt helped give Tanya the confidence to switch careers, and in 2001, Tanya obtained her Missouri real estate license and joined her husband Dennis in the real estate business. Tanya’s first position was that of client services where she became even more customer-relations oriented. This position led to her becoming the listing coordinator and eventually mastering all tasks associated with running the Brokerage. Tanya continues to service her clients with the best follow up and customer service anyone could expect. Tanya has also helped Dennis remodel and develop investment properties they have acquired together over the years. Most recently, they ventured into the restaurant business. They designed, built and operated Burnt Ends BBQ on the Bagnell Dam Strip for three years until selling the business in December of 2013.

Tanya juggles the daily tasks of business, marriage and mother like few others, often attending real estate related matters, ballgames and other business obligations all in a days work.

Tanya received her Brokers License in 2016.
